As an HR Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing HR processes across the organization. You will be a key member of the People team, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that HR operations align with the company's strategic goals. Example Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the operational need of entire employee lifecycle with precision.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Employee records, HRIS, Talent profiles, Starters, Leavers databases, reports and presentations while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Generating routine ad hoc people related analysis and reports required for management reviews and effective decision making. Assist in preparing materials for key people practices, such as performance reviews or talent discussions.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, document key points and initiatives for the people team and employees (e.g., orientation, training sessions, wellness programs etc.).
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting recruitment efforts.
  • Support the People team in delivering key initiatives and projects that drive employee engagement and satisfaction. Provide support during larger-scale people cycle practices, such as performance.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, contracts, and other relevant employment documentation.
  • Manage & support HR audits and ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory reports (i.e employment exchange queries).
  • Provide operational support in payroll preparation, recording/include information update requests, including documentation and employee inquiries and assist employees with questions related to payroll, leave, and benefits.
  • Collaborate to ensure smooth integration of business operations with global business functions. (i.e. marketing initiatives, wellbeing initiatives.)

Education, Experience, Knowledge & Other Skills 

The following criteria outline the minimum hiring criteria for this position, unless otherwise stipulated below as “preferred,” or “a plus.” 

  • A relevant two-year post-graduation degree in human resource management with 10 - 12 years of experience in full employee Life cycle.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing Business operations, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word & Power point.
