Examples of Responsibilities

- Data processing: Manage all aspects of data processing for complex global market research projects, overseeing programming, data management, data cleaning, coding and processing of intricate datasets
- Project coordination: Coordinate projects by collaborating with research teams to understand project requirements, designing data processing plans and tracking project timelines to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards within the established schedule
- Survey design and tool evaluation: Do you mean “Design and script online surveys, and evaluate and recommend software tools and platforms to enhance data processing capabilities, while ensuring the accuracy and usability of the data
- Data validation and quality assurance: Manage data tabulation and validation, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and conduct quality checks to meet internal and regulatory standards
- Coding framework development: Develop and apply coding frameworks for open-ended responses and data analysis, to improve insights and data quality
- Internal function development: Adopt and implement best practices for data processing, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency
- Communication: Communicate professionally and proactively with colleagues throughout projects, sharing your perspective and ideas. Play an active role in client communications, providing updates during regular touchpoints and taking responsibility for the presentation of insights/outputs

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Other Skills
The following outlines the minimum hiring criteria for this position, unless otherwise stipulated below as “preferred” or “a plus”:
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in mathematics, IT or a related discipline, with 2 or more years of relevant professional experience in a corporate/business, primary market research or consulting environment
· Hands-on experience in data collection techniques, with a strong grasp of market research methodology and experience with data processing tools and languages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python, SQL)
· Good knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is required and knowledge of survey tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) is a plus
- Growth mindset, focusing on personal development, learning and growth, proactively seeking feedback, and responding well to input from others
- Customer and quality centricity, showing an ability to understand what clients need, support decisions with their goals in mind and maintain a high level of attention to detail
· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with a track record of proactive communication in the work environment, ability to adapt the communication style to different audiences and capacity to develop and deliver strategic communications, in a manner that conveys a compelling business case, aligns others and provides a roadmap for execution
· Time management and organization, demonstrating the ability to execute and deliver projects on time and within budget, financial literacy and an understanding of the drivers of project and business profitability
· Focus on results, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned goals and objectives
